yürüyüşe çıkıyor ve merhum annesinin uzak anılarından adımlarını geri izliyor.
Memorabilia follows a young girl and her journey through grief and acceptance.
She goes on a little hike and retraces her steps from distant memories of her
late mother.
Director Statement
Over the summer of 2022, we have started to get interested in mountain climbing.
It wasn't just the sport itself, we also happened to play video games and watch
films about climbing and hiking, which ended up inspiring us. We were certain
that we wanted to make a film about climbing. Everything else was built around
that single idea. Our goal was to make it heartwarming while still touching
sensitive subjects such as death and mental health. Even though our team was
mostly just two people and we had 3 months to complete the film, we worked very
hard to make it look as pleasing as possible to the eye with the natural scenery
and cute animation style. This was our first proper short film and we hope to
make better productions in the future with what we have learned!
